Role Description s:
Understands the scope of work as defined by the business requirements, solution designs, and established quarterly commitments (POR) or prioritized backlog (investment Pods). Identifies, confirms, and obtains participation from required cross-functional teams. Works with the Global IT TPM lead and team partners to complete this task. Builds delivery plans and maintains program record. Works with the core team to identify and schedule all the work for end-to-end tech readiness required to fulfill program scope.
Identifies and manages program critical path, being mindful of upstream and downstream dependencies. Tracks and manages the program schedule and upstream and downstream dependencies. Analyzes the actual performance against the plan to ensure program milestones are accomplished and ensures overall committed timelines are met. Communicates updates on major milestones and keeps all stakeholders advised of progress and issues. Performs risk management by identifying and managing critical paths and risk areas.
Establishes contingency plans and identifies trigger events and assumes responsibility for initiation corrective actions. Escalates early to Global IT Planning Delivery leadership for support. Works with Global IT Planning Delivery leaders, TPO, and core team members to help identify and assist in making program tradeoffs to balance scope, time, and costs, where needed. Ensures proper documentation. Leverages Smart Sheets, Jira, and expected program planning best practices proficiently.
