Window Imaging And Depot Technician
Work location:
This is a 100% work from office opportunity (Mon-Fri)
Working hours:
08:00am - 04:30pm Eastern Time
Experience with but not limited to the following technology:
- Demonstrate technical experience
- Proficient in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Windows 11
- Skilled in writing and executing Power Shell scripts for automation and administrative tasks
- Expertise in using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) for creating and deploying Windows images
- Experience with task sequences, deployment shares, and custom images
- Understanding of VBScript syntax, functions, and error handling
- Troubleshooting skills
- Vendor management
- Familiarity with ITIL principles
- Hands-on experience using Service-Now ticketing tool, knowledge on SLAs, Resolution, etc.
