8 plus years of relevant experience

4 plus years of experience in Software Testing and Automation Testing on Web/API

2 Plus years of experience as Test Lead/Manager

Experience in Telecom Billing domain

Expert in automation testing framework development

Good Knowledge on Java programming language

Good understanding of Test methodologies

Able to support Billing and API integration testing

Able to lead the team in terms of prioritization, assignment, reports

Ex Comcast experience will be an advantage

This position requires to be Onsite 3 days a week in Office

Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with project customers to identify product and technical requirements
• Work with the scrum team to identify testing needs and opportunities
• Work with the QA team in developing a QA testing strategy for the project, determining the appropriate balance of manual and automated tests, as well as the types of tests (UI, web service API, functional/performance/load, and so on)
• Create test plans, identify testing scenarios, test cases, test data, and report defects
• Identify and define quality improvement factors
• Implement methods to inspect, test and evaluate the reliability of the product and applications
• Develop automated test frameworks and test cases for the different types of tests
• Execute and report on the full testing suite of both manual and automated tests
• Coordinate with the Offshore team and other technical team members
• Prepare QA certificates and support release activities
• Report status and QE matrices with the client stakeholders and UST leadership
• Displays in-depth knowledge of engineering methodologies, concepts, skills and their application in the area of specified engineering specialty
• Displays in-depth knowledge of and ability to apply, process design and redesign skills
• Presents and defends architectural, design and technical choices to internal audiences
• Displays knowledge of and ability to apply, project management skills
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
