We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead an enterprise RxLogic system upgrade initiative. This role will be responsible for managing project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing vendor activities, and ensuring successful implementation of the upgraded platform.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the RxLogic upgrade project from planning through deployment
- Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables
- Coordinate with business, IT, vendors, and external stakeholders
- Support requirements gathering, testing, validation, and go-live activities
- Oversee project documentation, contracts, purchase orders, and status reporting
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure project commitments are met
- Track project budgets, resources, and overall performance
- Identify project risks and drive issue resolution
- 5+ years of Project Management experience supporting RxLogic or similar pharmacy systems
- Experience leading software upgrades, implementations, or system enhancements
- Strong stakeholder, vendor, and contract management skills
- Experience with in Healthcare, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences environments preferred
- PMP, Agile, or related project management certification is a plus
