Systems Analyst-Global Legal Operations

- Hybrid schedule 3 in office/2 remote Duration: 3 months + CTH
Client Global Legal Operations is seeking a talented and experienced Systems Analyst to join our team. A successful candidate will demonstrate passion for technology, collaboration, and problem solving, and combine technical acumen and analysis skills to proficiently manage all technology related processes. This individual will be responsible for providing first-touch technical support on number of applications utilized by Legal and Compliance team, including the following:
- Act as a primary liaison to end users, development team, and management team. Provide high quality user support for all in-house built Onit applications. This includes analyzing support issues and new enhancements, developing solutions that adhere to best practices, collaborating with development resources for complex and large issues, and maintaining timely communication with end users throughout the resolution process.
- Coordinate all phases of the System Development Life Cycle activities of the team. Working with end users to gather requirements for new Onit applications or new features to existing Onit and other applications, conduct testing, and monitor production implementation. Collaborating with Onit Managed Services team to manage all open inquiries from inception to delivery.
- Create communications and user guides to help understanding and adoption of new and existing applications and features. Conduct live and/or recorded training sessions for users as needed.
- Facilitates project team meetings, including agendas, meeting minutes, and action items.
- Create and maintain completed projects and system related documentation in well-organized process. Additionally, create and maintain documentation on day-to-day support, maintenance, and troubleshooting process.
Additional related support and maintenance responsibilities determined as needed.
Desired
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, MIS, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 0-2 years' experience in Systems Analysis, Project Management or other relevant experiences
- Proven experience working with Microsoft products, including Excel, Power Point, Visio
- Experience with and knowledge of Onit applications and Liquid programming language preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to reduce ambiguity in requirements and communication
- Strong analytics and problem-solving skills; strong attention to details
- High degree of collaboration skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills; ability to manage multiple items in a dynamic fast paced environment.
- Knowledge of Insurance Industry and/or Insurance Industry IT processes and system development a plus
