Candidate should have strong techno-functional knowledge of Syte Line (v 8.03.11, 9.01.02, 9.01.11, CSI 10.0.0.515)
Candidate should be good in functional skill
Candidate should be good in technical skill as well
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Incidents analysis and resolution
- Cause and corrective action analysis for production outages for applications in scope
- Bug fixing of customizations (If source code exists)
Generic Managerial Skills, If any:
- Coordinate with 3rd party vendors, business process owners and various stake holders
