Product / Project Manager (Healthcare - Medical Device)

• Drive strategy and execution of healthcare related devices at customer locations (e.g. homes, hospital rooms, etc.)
• Define requirements for hardware devices to be deployed at customer locations
• Assess hardware vendor landscape and perform vendor selections
• Lead and support agile development processes
• Work closely with engineering teams on integrating devices within great Connected Health ecosystem
• Collaborate closely with operations on the deployment, logistics and support of devices
• Be the team expert on all things related to connected health including industry trends, latest technology innovations, competitive landscape, etc
• Applies expertise in state-of-the-art product technologies and is relied on by top management to serve as a proxy for the market
• Manages lifecycle of new products and services.
• Demonstrates excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of successful delivery of projects on time, in line with budget expectations and to strategy.
• Collaborate with other product managers and colleagues from design, development, business, marketing, editorial, support, legal, and operations to develop product strategies and requirements
• Work with Research to conduct customer, market, and competitive research
• Spend lots of time with users in their homes and workplaces to truly know and understand what they need and what's not meeting those needs
• Define, track and improve key product metrics for usage
• Communicate with executives & stakeholders on product usage & performance, and gather feedback
• 5+ years' experience as Product Manager in the Healthcare industry
• Lead Product Development initiatives - product definition, delivery, implementation.
• Experience working vendors/OEMs
