AI Enablement Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an AI Enablement Specialist in Philadelphia, PA.

Responsibilities:

* AI Enablement Specialist will configure, test, and support AI solutions using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI platforms

* Provide hands-on guidance to employees on applying AI tools to business workflows

* Facilitate training sessions, demonstrations, and enablement workshops

* Maintain and update AI resources, playbooks, knowledge libraries, and training materials

* Support intake and triage processes for AI-related requests and questions

* As an AI Enablement Specialist, you will monitor usage trends, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to improve adoption

* Track engagement metrics and maintain reporting dashboards

* Collaborate with stakeholders to promote best practices and increase AI effectiveness

REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor's degree required

* 2+ years of experience in technology enablement, operations, training, user support, or a related field

* Experience using generative AI tools in a professional environment

* Experience supporting end users through training, coaching, or helpdesk-style support

* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

* Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities

* Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
