Responsibilities include managing incoming support requests, deploying and maintaining hardware and software systems, and providing after-hours support when necessary.
The ideal candidate will possess an Associate Degree in a computer-related discipline and have at least one year of client support experience. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a focus on excellent customer service.
