Day to DayA Client is undergoing a major transformation to modernize its integration ecosystem. We are moving away from legacy EDI HQ systems and embracing Boomi as our future-state integration platform. This initiative is central to our digital strategy, and we’re looking for a seasoned Boomi Architect or Technical Lead who can lead the charge. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, can think strategically, and is equally comfortable diving into hands‑on development.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the migration of ~700 EDI HQ maps and integrations to Boomi Atom Sphere.
- Analyze existing EDI HQ mappings and processes to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
- Design and implement scalable, efficient integration solutions using Boomi.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to upgrade legacy processes and support broader modernization efforts.
- Provide architectural guidance and hands‑on development support throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Ensure integration architecture aligns with enterprise governance, strategy, and compliance standards.
- Cross‑train and mentor team members in EDI HQ and Boomi to build internal capability.
- Interface with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to gather requirements and communicate progress.
- Proven experience as a Boomi Architect or Technical Lead with hands‑on development expertise.
- Specific experience leading or contributing to migration projects of similar scale.
- Strong integration experience, especially with: SAP, Nulogy, WMS (Warehouse Management System), Workday, or other relevant enterprise systems.
- Solid understanding of SQL (reading/writing, complex queries; development is a plus).
- Experience with integration strategy, governance, and large‑scale migration planning.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with customers, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Highly reliable, self‑starter, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
