Data Architect

Hello Work builds next generation Talent Operations practices and helps companies build teams. We're looking for a Data Architect to join one of our client teams in several nordic cities.

You'll be designing data systems that turn messy reality into organized, useful information.

• Design scalable data architectures for analytics, reporting, and AI use cases
• Work with business owners to understand their data needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Choose the right tools and technologies for data storage, processing, and analysis
• Set up data governance frameworks and ensure compliance with regulations like GDPR
• Create data pipelines that move information reliably between systems

• 6+ years of experience designing and implementing data architectures
• Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques and when to use them
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, Big Query, or similar)
• Understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, and modern data lakehouse architectures
• Knowledge of complex ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline tools (Databricks, etc.)

• Knowledge of real-time data processing and streaming architectures
• Experience with data mesh and decentralized data architectures
• Understanding of machine learning and AI data requirements
