About the Role

As a Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the stability and performance of our applications. You'll work with in an ITIL framework, collaborating with global teams to provide seamless support for our international user base. Your technical expertise and analytical mindset will be key to resolving complex issues and driving continuous improvement.

We value a healthy work-life balance, but occasional flexibility may be required, including working outside regular hours to ensure our systems and users are fully supported.

What You’ll Do:

• Take ownership of 3rd line support incidents and provide support for 1st line issues when needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working end-to-end through the incident lifecycle
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex issues
• Act as the go-to expert for products and features under your care
• Lead major upgrades and production changes, often outside of regular business hours
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to optimize system performance
• Maintain data processing and system feeds, ensuring end-to-end process integrity
• Drive improvements in system manageability, supportability, and performance
• Contribute to Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) readiness
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
• Mentor and support 1st and 2nd line team members in their technical growth

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in an Application Support role at a senior level
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
• Ability to engage professionally with senior stakeholders and manage escalations effectively
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and incident management processes
• Experience with system upgrades, data processing, and performance monitoring
• Ability to work flexibly, including occasional after-hours support
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player
