Leading multiple software development teams, the full-time remote Scrum Master will facilitate scrum ceremonies, remove roadblocks, and promote self-organization to deliver exceptional business value.
Key responsibilities- Facilitate team ceremonies and foster collaboration across functional areas while managing dependencies
- Manage Azure Dev Ops boards to enhance team productivity and streamline processes through automation
- Coordinate project planning with stakeholders, adjusting plans based on changes in scope or priorities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 1 year in an Associate-level role
- Solid understanding of software development life cycles and agile project management principles
- Prior experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies and enterprise-level application development projects
- Experience using Azure Dev Ops or Jira for task management
