Responsibilities:
- Manage 14-20 Tier 1 accounts ensuring onboarding, adoption, and renewals.
- Drive expansion and upsell with smaller clients.
- Serve as a trusted, white-glove advisor to senior GTM leaders.
- Collaborate across teams to identify growth opportunities and resolve issues independently.
Profile:
- 5+ years as a Customer Success Manager, ideally in a startup or high-growth SaaS.
- Passionate, hungry, and self-starter, able to work independently and hit the ground running.
- Strong in managing high-value accounts, with excellent communication skills.
- Tech-savvy, familiar with deal rooms, sales, and enablement processes.
- Fearless problem solver with a love for startup culture.
