Responsibilities:

  • Manage 14-20 Tier 1 accounts ensuring onboarding, adoption, and renewals.
  • Drive expansion and upsell with smaller clients.
  • Serve as a trusted, white-glove advisor to senior GTM leaders.
  • Collaborate across teams to identify growth opportunities and resolve issues independently.

Profile:

  • 5+ years as a Customer Success Manager, ideally in a startup or high-growth SaaS.
  • Passionate, hungry, and self-starter, able to work independently and hit the ground running.
  • Strong in managing high-value accounts, with excellent communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy, familiar with deal rooms, sales, and enablement processes.
  • Fearless problem solver with a love for startup culture.
