Job Title: Epic Analyst – Revenue Cycle Management (CDM)

Location: Remote (EST hours)

Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our client’s Revenue Integrity team as an Epic Analyst specializing in Charge Description Master (CDM). This remote, contract-to-hire role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in Revenue Cycle Management, charge optimization, and Epic system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic CDM workflows to ensure accurate billing and charge processing.
• Collaborate within the Revenue Integrity team to enhance charge capture processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Work closely with finance, billing, and compliance teams to align Epic CDM functionality with revenue goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Epic CDM-related issues, providing technical expertise and support.
• Assist in data analysis, charge reconciliation, and reporting functions within Epic.
• Partner with stakeholders to streamline charge automation and improve revenue integrity.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as an Epic Analyst, specializing in Revenue Cycle Management.
• Strong knowledge of charge capture, billing workflows, and revenue cycle optimization.
• Epic Certification in CDM.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, compliance, and IT.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage priorities effectively.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills related to Epic charge configurations.
