Sales Engineer
Location: REMOTE
Duration: 12+ Months
This position offers a base salary plus bonus, which will be processed separately. Base pay is weekly.
Duties/Position Overview:
- Identify use cases and document them.
- Manage assigned users from a pool of 2500 customers based on region.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Networking and Network Security (Firewall, Proxy, etc.)
- Identity Management
- Data Leakage Prevention
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
Excellent presentation and creativity skills.
Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer for at least 6 years.
Track record of selling complex cybersecurity enterprise solutions.
Owns relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and helping clients achieve their goals.
Builds customer success stories and case studies per defined methodology.
Collaborates closely with Product and R&D teams to meet customer requirements.
Success-driven and capable of explaining complex concepts simply.
Performs first-level support and triage of technical issues, creating detailed tickets.
Fluent in updating reports, Salesforce, and data-driven decision-making.
Strong interpersonal skills; people-oriented.
Willing to travel extensively.
Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably with a numeracy focus.
