Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced IT professional to serve as the on-site lead for the Service Operations team at the Royersford imaging center. You will own hardware/software operations, support imaging workflows, and ensure SLAs are met while coordinating with Dev Ops and Implementation teams.
The role requires strong Windows expertise, Kofax experience, and the ability to travel up to 15% to support multiple sites. A bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in IT is preferred.
