Job Description
Mandatory Skills – Certifications, full‑cycle implementations, SCORM/AICC/xAPI, RBP, Integration Center, and EC integration.
Role & ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an experienced SAP Success Factors Learning Management System (LMS) Consultant with 8+ years of hands‑on expertise to lead end‑to‑end LMS implementations, configurations, and enhancements.
The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of Success Factors LMS, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver scalable learning solutions aligned with business objectives.
Preferred Candidate ProfileLMS Certification is highly preferred.
Nice‑to‑have Skills- Cross‑module Success Factors experience
- 21 days Paid Time‑Off (Leaves)
- Health Insurance
- PF (Minimal)
- Parents / In‑laws Insurance (If opted – 50% of the premium cost is sponsored by the company)
- Salary on LWD of the month
