Responsibilities
- Interpreting, designing, and delivering business services by working with the business and information technology partners
- Performing technical design, configuration, and coding based on information provided via business analysts and technology partners
- Leading technical working sessions with business users, technology partners, and vendors to define technical solutions
- Fully understanding the underlying technologies and systems to inform business users on technology capabilities
- Executing the writing of business and technical requirements specifications
- Actively participating in enterprise change control governance
- Leading discussions with business and technology partners to identify process improvement opportunities
- Providing technical expertise to support specified business systems
- Performing second‑level troubleshooting and solving escalated issues
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Specialty in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field
- Minimum five years working with relational databases, writing SQL, and analyzing or reporting data with knowledge of TSQL and stored procedures
- Experience with SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, ETL, and Power BI
- At least five years familiar with word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications
