Join our team as an IT Project Manager (Mid-Level) to support enterprise IT initiatives focused on business process improvement and automation. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong Senior Business Analyst background who can lead projects while leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform to develop innovative automation solutions.
IT Project Manager (Mid-Level) ResponsibilitiesLead and manage IT projects from planning through implementation, ensuring successful delivery of project objectives.
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to streamline manual processes.
Create interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI to support business decision-making.
Build and deploy Microsoft Copilot Agents to improve productivity and automate business operations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend technology solutions aligned with business goals.
Facilitate project meetings, manage timelines, track deliverables, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
Support change management, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities.
Collaborate across cross-functional IT and business teams to ensure project success.
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in any discipline.
5–10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst supporting enterprise IT initiatives.
Demonstrated experience with IT Project Management (PMP certification is a plus but not required).
5+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power BI.
5+ years of experience creating automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
1–3+ years of experience building and deploying Microsoft Copilot Agents or similar Microsoft AI solutions.
Advanced to expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, reporting, and data analysis.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with cross-functional business and IT teams in an enterprise environment.
1–3 years of Service Now experience.
Experience implementing Microsoft Power Platform solutions within enterprise organizations.
Experience leading business process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
