- Lead the technical pre‑sales cycle for net‑new (Greenfield) enterprise customers. Design, negotiate, and execute Mutual Evaluation Plans (MEPs) to align client business goals with proposed solutions.
- Architect comprehensive Google Workspace solutions for complex environments, with deep knowledge of broader Google Cloud strategies that impact workspace migrations.
- Ensure Gemini Enterprise is championed as a key component of the modern workplace solution, and guarantee gPanel is actively leveraged and spoken about in every pursuit to demonstrate administrative and security excellence.
- Act as an outspoken advocate for our capabilities. Design and deliver training internally to our teams, externally to Google’s field teams, and directly to customers. Participate in webinars, present at events, and lead thought leadership initiatives.
- Constantly look for opportunities to deepen and expand engagements with prospects and existing clients, driving commercial growth through technical credibility. Build relationships with the Google sales and technical field for account expansion.
- Scope complex migration and change management strategies for unique pursuits, such as scenarios where an existing Google Workspace client acquires a Microsoft‑centric company and needs a seamless consolidation path.
- Address security, identity, data migration, and compliance requirements while maintaining a focus on end‑user experience.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C‑level executives and IT leaders, translating highly technical concepts into measurable business value, ROI, and productivity gains.
- Design holistic change management and user adoption programs. Integrate and manage Google programs—specifically Deployment Vouchers, DAF, and PSF—into solution proposals to fund and facilitate the change management lifecycle.
- Partner lock‑step with the Collaboration Cloud Business Leader, Account Executives, and post‑sales delivery teams to ensure the solution defined in pre‑sales is seamlessly executed in deployment.
- Become certified as a Google Cloud Digital Leader within the first 60 days after hire.
- 7+ years in a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Senior Pre‑Sales Technical role, focused on SaaS, cloud productivity, or collaboration tools (Google Workspace preferred; Microsoft 365/Teams experience is highly transferable).
- Proven ability to apply a business consulting approach to technical engagements. Ability to ask the right questions, uncover root business problems, and map them to technology solutions.
- Demonstrated experience structuring and executing Mutual Evaluation Plans (MEPs) or complex Proof of Concepts (POCs) for enterprise clients.
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystem funding (Google DAF/PSF or similar Microsoft/AWS programs) and ability to weave them into commercial proposals.
- Deep understanding of the human element of IT deployments, with the ability to define organizational readiness and adoption frameworks.
