- Design and build of customer solutions within Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform
- Facilitating workshops to understand customer requirements
- Documentation of customer requirements and to be solution design
- Delivering training workshops and handing over solution to customer
- Supporting the marketing team throughout the customer life cycle.
- Full end-to-end hands-on experience of implementing and customising Microsoft Dynamics modules
- Experience as a Consultant or End User responsible for implementation and evolution of Dynamics 365 CRM App
- Experience with the Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Pages (Portals) and Power Automate
- Ability of understanding, designing, implementing and improving customer experience and/or marketing processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- English and other languages a plus
