Join our team as an IT Project Manager (Mid-Level) to support enterprise IT initiatives focused on business process improvement and automation. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong Senior Business Analyst background who can lead projects while leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform to develop innovative automation solutions.

• Lead and manage IT projects from planning through implementation, ensuring successful delivery of project objectives.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to streamline manual processes.
• Create interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI to support business decision-making.
• Build and deploy Microsoft Copilot Agents to improve productivity and automate business operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend technology solutions aligned with business goals.
• Facilitate project meetings, manage timelines, track deliverables, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Support change management, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities.
• Collaborate across cross-functional IT and business teams to ensure project success.

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in any discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst supporting enterprise IT initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience with IT Project Management (PMP certification is a plus but not required).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power BI.
• 5+ years of experience creating automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• 1–3+ years of experience building and deploying Microsoft Copilot Agents or similar Microsoft AI solutions.
• Advanced to expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, reporting, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and IT teams in an enterprise environment.

• 1–3 years of Service Now experience.
• Experience implementing Microsoft Power Platform solutions within enterprise organizations.
• Experience leading business process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.

Industry-specific experience is not required.
