Responsibilities Facilitate the adoption and evolution of Scrum and Kanban practices across teams
Run Agile ceremonies at team and program levels to enable alignment and execution
Manage dependencies across teams and stakeholders to protect delivery flow Remove complex impediments that impact continuous value delivery
Coach Product Owners on backlog prioritization and refinement to improve outcomes
Promote continuous improvement through effective retrospectives and actionable follow-ups Monitor and analyze team performance indicators to improve predictability
Ensure transparency and traceability of work using Jira and dashboards
Align business, technology, and related areas to support shared goals and delivery
Support scaled Agile initiatives when organizational context requires it Provide coaching to teams to increase Agile maturity and autonomy
Contribute to building high-performing teams through mentoring and feedback
Drive good practices for planning, estimation, and delivery consistency
Requirements5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development Agile environments
Hands-on experience supporting multiple teams or simultaneous initiatives
Strong stakeholder management experience, including dependency coordination
Servant leadership mindset and ability to lead without formal authority
Advanced facilitation skills for team- and program-level Agile events
Advanced backlog management skills, including prioritization support and refinement
Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban practices
Strong understanding of Agile and delivery metrics such as Velocity, Lead Time, Cycle Time, and Throughput Advanced Jira skills, including dashboards for transparency and traceability
Working knowledge of SDLC concepts and software delivery lifecycle
General knowledge of Dev Ops and CI/CD practices
Effective communication skills with strong conflict management capabilities
Analytical thinking skills with a results-oriented approach
Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)
Nice to haveSAFe knowledge and experience with scaled Agile practices
Lean Management knowledgePI Planning experienceDORA metrics familiarity
Azure Dev Ops and Power BI experience
