Nexidia Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Set up queries and analytics for NICE Nexidia implementation.
• Customize reports and dashboards to meet client needs.
• Design and configure Nexidia to automate call QA rubric
  .
• Evaluate call intents, call trees, escalation processes, and reporting
  .
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and business value
  .
• Conduct testing to validate configurations and system performance.
• Ensure best practices in solution architecture and configuration
  .

• Nexidia (Implementation, Configuration, Analytics)
• Testing (System and Functional Testing)

• Public Service experience

Hourly Rate Range - $40-$60/ hr
