Product Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Analyst in Philadelphia, PA.

Responsibilities:

* Partner with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to define and deliver business-focused technology solutions

* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and system enhancements

* Break down initiatives into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlog items

* Support Agile planning, sprint activities, and cross-functional project execution

* Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate solutions against business requirements

* Collaborate with teams to improve processes, automate workflows, and enhance system capabilities

* Assist with release planning, product adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives

* Monitor solution effectiveness and help drive positive business outcomes

REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

* 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role

* Experience gathering requirements, creating user stories, and supporting Agile product development

* Experience conducting UAT and validating business and functional requirements

* Familiarity with enterprise business applications, CRM platforms, and system integrations

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

* Knowledge of workflow automation, business processes, and digital product delivery is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
