As a Scrum Master Senior within PNC's Asset Management Group organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA;

Due to the nature of the position, we are looking for Scrum Masters with experience in the following areas:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement sessions, and Release Planning activities.
• Coach Agile teams, Product Owners, stakeholders, and technology partners on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, Dev Ops culture, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Identify, track, and remove impediments while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and blockers that could impact sprint commitments, release timelines, or overall program delivery.
• Partner closely with Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Dev Ops teams to support CI/CD practices, streamline release processes, improve deployment efficiency, and promote a culture of continuous delivery.
• Monitor Agile delivery metrics and team health indicators, including velocity, burndown, cycle time, and throughput, to drive transparency, predictability, and continuous improvement across the team.
