Responsibilities:

• Drives the business and technical architectural vision of the enterprise.
• Strong Solution Architecture experience like analyzing technology environment, enterprise specifics, requirement, creating solution prototype, solution development and setting collaboration network – Experience in Healthcare domain is preferred
• Experience in preparing Architecture artifacts and Solution Architecture Documents like Conceptual and Logical Architecture diagrams using Visio, Solution and PPT etc
• Proposes new technical and architectural strategies, and new processes to meet business challenges, in full consideration of their costs and benefits. Provides insights and new ways of looking at the business and technology that contribute to the strategic plans and directions of the enterprise.
• Lead Architecture design meetings
• Provide Architecture guidance to build the Infrastructure – Server sizing
  - Memory/CPU/Disk
  -capacity
• Provide Architecture guidance to the Network engineer regarding the Firewall/VPN
• Develops highly sophisticated technology plans to support the business that requires the integration of multiple domains, addressing the interrelationships of multiple systems, and serving diverse clients.
• Define and maintain architectural standards and principles.
• Establishes systems to monitor compliance with architectural standards and to ensure technical integrity.
• Solves problems that have unique and/or broad implications for the technology architecture.
• This role is typically the top of the escalation path to resolve the most complex technical problems.
• Directs and leads the architectural elements of large projects or projects that are highly critical to the future of the organization. Consistently leads projects in a self-motivated and self-guided way.
• Leads strategic architecture planning; drives and determines architectural standards for the organization.
• Serves as a technical expert across multiple domains – other professionals in the field and industry seek out their expertise to resolve problems and expand their own technical expertise.
• Possesses deep expertise in data, process, and system modeling skills in order to effectively document and analyze proposed architectures across the enterprise.
• Lead Containerized Application design and deployment using Kubernetes Architecture like Open Shift (ARO) Platform.
• Domain knowledge in the Health Care management and LTSS business is preferred
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems
• High level Architecture experience in Identity and Access management solution using SSO/Oauth/SSL

Qualifications /

Education:

• Typical candidates will possess 15+ years of relevant experience.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; or 10+ years relevant experience and MS degree.
• Degree in Computer Science or related fields is desired.
• Strong experience in architectural principles in the areas of cloud-native/hybrid-multi cloud architectures, container orchestration (kubernetes/Open Shift), microservices and operational best practices across one or more cloud offering Azure, AWS, GCP
• Strong experience with Security, configuration and deployment models for IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and Serverless.
• Good understanding of enterprise application integration, including SOA, ESB, EAI, ETL environments. Experience with Apigee/Other API Gateways will be plus.
• Development experience (.NET, C#, Java, JavaScript etc) is a plus.
• Familiar with principles of network, application and information security.
• Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills
• Solution Architecture experience in Mobility, MDM products like Intune
• Domain knowledge in the Care management and LTSS business is preferred
• Experience creating Architecture artifacts using Vision and other tools.
• Drive Architecture discussion to bring consensus on Solution
• Familiar with Health care Industry or vertical is a plus.
