SAP Batch Release Hub (BRH) SME

We are seeking a Senior SAP Batch Release Hub (BRH) Subject Matter Expert to drive solution sustainment, production support, and regulatory compliance for global Life Sciences operations. In this role, you will lead L2 support, incident management, and system integrations between SAP S/4

HANA QM and key manufacturing platforms. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth go-live transitions, hypercare execution, and overall operational efficiency in a highly regulated environment.

• Lead production support, P1/P2 incident resolution, root cause analysis, and defect management for SAP BRH and S/4
  
  HANA QM.
• Troubleshoot and optimize integrations connecting SAP BRH with SAP S/4
  
  HANA, LIMS, MES, and laboratory systems.
• Partner with cross-functional Quality, IT, and Supply Chain teams to align system processes with GxP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 standards.
• Facilitate knowledge transition, hypercare support, and continuous service improvements for upcoming release deployments.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.

5+ years of experience with SAP BRH, including at least 2 full implementation or sustainment engagements.

8-10+ years of deep expertise in SAP S/4

HANA Quality Management (QM), including Batch Management, Inspection Lots, and Quality Notifications.

Strong background in regulated Life Sciences environments (GMP/GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, audit trails, and validation documentation).

Willingness to travel hybrid onsite (~20-25%) to Philadelphia/NJ facilities as required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in a technical or business discipline.

Experience with SAP BTP, Integration Suite, APIs, and direct LIMS/MES integrations.

Prior experience working within Pharma, Biotech, Med Tech, or J&J system ecosystems.

Formal SAP certifications in Quality Management or related modules.
