AV Specialist

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated technical experience in audio-visual and collaboration technologies.
• Relevant engineering certifications related to audio-visual and conference room equipment, including Microsoft Surface Hub and Poly systems.
• CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) certification.
• Experience implementing and supporting audio-visual solutions for conference rooms, executive briefing centers, and situation rooms.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Teams and Zoom collaboration platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing projects and coordinating multiple initiatives.
• Experience working with and managing third-party vendors.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management principles.
• Experience using Service Now for incident, request, and change management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
