Program Specialist

COMHAR INC, a leading innovator in software solutions, is seeking a Program Specialist to coordinate and optimize technology programs that power client success. In this role, you will manage day-to-day program activities, gather and translate client requirements, and collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will track KPIs, prepare detailed reports, support user onboarding and training, and drive continuous improvement across processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage software implementation and support programs across client accounts
• Analyze client needs and translate them into technical requirements for internal teams
• Develop project plans, timelines, and documentation for program deliverables
• Monitor program performance, track KPIs, and prepare status and metric reports
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success to ensure on-time delivery
• Support user onboarding, training sessions, and knowledge resources
• Identify risks, issues, and process improvements within assigned programs
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and client expectations
• Assist with budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor coordination
• Contribute to continuous improvement of program management practices
