Job
-25029 Pay Range: $35 - $37/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage production incidents and monitor alerts
• Lead bridge calls and coordinate technical teams
• Escalate critical issues and drive incident resolution
• Track RCA completion and communicate status updates
• Assess customer impact and determine priority
• Coordinate outages and manage stakeholder communications
• Own major incidents and execute executive escalations

Key Requirements and Technology

Experience:

• 2-3 years of incident management experience
• Strong incident leadership and structured thinking
• Business impact awareness and excellent communication skills
• Ownership mindset, focusing beyond just technical troubleshooting
• Must be comfortable for onsite work
