Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience leading technology initiatives.

• Experience managing security, compliance, governance, or risk-related projects.

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to work effectively with engineering teams.

• Experience translating business requirements into technical deliverables.

• Proven ability to manage stakeholders (Steer Co), risks, timelines, budgets, and executive reporting.

• Self-starter who can operate independently in complex, fast-paced environments.

• Bachelor's degree required; PMP certification preferred.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• AI or Generative AI project experience.

• Information Security, Cybersecurity, or Regulatory Compliance background.

• Experience working in healthcare technology or other highly regulated industries.

• Experience supporting globally distributed teams and stakeholders.

• Agile/Scrum experience or related project management certifications.

Job Description

In this role, you will provide project management leadership across a portfolio of technical initiatives focused on security, compliance, governance, accessibility, and emerging technology programs. You will partner closely with engineering, security, and business stakeholders to drive project execution, manage timelines and budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives. The Technical Project Manager will be expected to communicate effectively with highly technical teams, translate business requirements into technical work streams, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, and provide executive-facing status updates and reporting.

This individual will facilitate Steering Committees, support change management efforts, and maintain strong project governance while helping advance a growing portfolio of security, compliance, and AI-related initiatives in a fast-paced Agile environment.
