A growth-oriented global technology company serving the clinical research industry is seeking an experienced VP of Technology Delivery Operations to lead delivery operations across a complex, multi-region technology organization.

This VP will be responsible for overseeing global technical delivery functions, ensuring consistent execution, quality, and scalability across development and delivery teams operating in multiple geographies. The role requires a strong balance of technical depth, operational leadership, and stakeholder management at the executive level, ideally with an understanding of the unique demands of technology delivery within clinical research or a related regulated industry.

• Lead global technology delivery strategy and execution across distributed teams
• Partner closely with executive leadership, product, and engineering stakeholders to align delivery with business priorities
• Drive process maturity, delivery predictability, and quality across the technology organization
• Manage and develop senior technical delivery leaders across multiple regions
• Oversee vendor and resource management as part of a global delivery model
• Serve as a key voice in shaping technology delivery strategy at the executive level

• Significant experience in a senior technical delivery leadership role (VP-level or equivalent) within technology, SaaS, or clinical research technology environments
• Proven track record leading global, distributed delivery teams
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
• Experience driving delivery transformation, process improvement, and organizational scaling
• Based in or willing to work hybrid in the greater Pennsylvania region
