Residential Counselor

COMHAR INC, a leading software innovator, seeks a Residential Counselor to support users of our resident-facing technology platforms. You will guide clients in adopting software tools, monitor digital engagement, and provide tech-enabled coaching to improve daily living, safety, and independence. Responsibilities include onboarding users, troubleshooting issues, documenting interactions in our systems, and escalating complex technical or behavioral concerns. You'll collaborate with engineers and support teams to refine features, contribute to user training content, and promote an inclusive, user-centered environment aligned with our dynamic tech culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide tech-enabled counseling and guidance to residents using company software tools
• Onboard new users and train them on platform features and best practices
• Troubleshoot basic application and access issues, escalating complex problems
• Monitor user engagement, safety indicators, and digital activity within platform guidelines
• Document all interactions, plans, and outcomes in internal systems accurately
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to report bugs and feature needs
• Assist in developing user education materials, tutorials, and knowledge base content
• Maintain compliance with privacy, data security, and organizational policies
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support a safe, inclusive, and outcomes-focused environment for all users
