CIC Coordinator

CIC is looking for a full-time, early career Coordinator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least one year of professional work experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Your Day-To-Day WorkYou will join a Community Operations Team to satisfy the day-to-day needs of our clients. Some work will be independent while at other times it will require collaboration with other members of the CIC staff.
Potential responsibilities will include:
- Building good relationships with CIC members, making sure they're happy by quickly and specifically responding to their questions and needs.
- Handling a variety of client requests creatively and effectively, from office rearrangement to event hosting.
- Stocking and maintaining supplies in kitchens and conference rooms, while also ensuring the upkeep of regular systems like print stations and conference room setups, offering assistance as needed.
- Facilitating new members onboarding, including system registration and office setup, as well as assisting existing clients with office moves and special event preparations in conference rooms.
- Supporting concierge desk operations with a focus on excellent service and assisting other teams with special projects as needed.
- Organizing community events to encourage networking among members.
- Resetting offices and lab spaces after client move outs, that may include painting and light repair
- Troubleshooting a variety of facilities related issues which may include things like adjusting door hinges, repairing furniture, and coordinating with building maintenance for HVAC requests,

You have:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
- At least one year of professional experience, preferably in customer service or the hospitality industry.
- A natural passion for helping and supporting others.
- A hands-on mindset - whether it's troubleshooting technical devices or tackling practical tasks, you're eager to dive in and find solutions.
- An interest in a long-term role. Our company is growing, and we're looking for team members who want to grow with us.
Starting compensation is $50,500 per year.
