We are looking for a technically strong SEO Specialist with 35 years of hands-on experience who can improve keyword rankings, organic traffic, and lead generation.
This is a target-focused role for someone who understands both the technical and performance side of SEO.
Key Responsibilities- Improve keyword rankings for target commercial and lead-generation keywords
- Perform technical SEO audits and identify website issues affecting rankings
- Handle on-page SEO, site structure, internal linking, schema, indexing, and crawlability
- Monitor and improve website speed and Core Web Vitals
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Develop SEO strategies focused on generating qualified organic leads
- Optimize landing pages for rankings and conversions
- Identify content gaps and coordinate SEO-focused content requirements
- Manage backlink and off-page SEO activities
- Monitor Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and leads
- Identify ranking drops and take corrective action
- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports
- Work towards defined ranking, traffic, and lead-generation targets
- 3–5 years of strong hands-on SEO experience
- Strong knowledge of Technical SEO
- Proven experience improving Google rankings and organic traffic
- Experience generating leads through organic search
- Strong understanding of Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Experience with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar
- Good understanding of website structure, indexing, crawling, redirects, canonical tags, schema, and technical SEO issues
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and website CMS platforms
- Ability to independently identify SEO problems and implement or coordinate solutions
- Target-driven and comfortable taking ownership of SEO results
The candidate will primarily be evaluated on:
- Improvement in keyword rankings
- Growth in organic traffic
- Increase in qualified organic leads
- Technical health of the website
- Improvement in conversion-focused landing page performance
