Lead discovery, process transformation, requirements definition, operating-model design, and value realization for Integrated Risk Management programs. Ensure that Service Now improves the organization's approach to risk, compliance, controls, and audit rather than simply replicating legacy processes.
What you'll do- Lead IRM discovery and stakeholder workshops
- Assess current-state risk, compliance, control, and audit processes
- Design future-state operating models
- Facilitate process‑mapping and requirements sessions
- Identify manual work, duplication, control gaps, and inefficiencies
- Translate business outcomes into Service Now requirements
- Develop epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Define personas, roles, responsibilities, and RACI models
- Support Policy and Compliance Management
- Support Risk Management
- Support Audit Management
- Define control‑testing, evidence, issue, and remediation processes
- Establish business KPIs and value measures
- Facilitate MVP prioritization
- Support UAT planning and business readiness
- Develop training and adoption recommendations
- Partner with Solution Architects to maintain alignment between business process and technical design
- Present recommendations to senior stakeholders
- 7+ years in risk, compliance, audit, governance, or process consulting
- 3+ years of Service Now IRM or GRC experience
- Strong understanding of controls, risk, and compliance processes
- Strong workshop facilitation skills
- Strong requirements and process‑modeling experience
