We are looking for a Digital Analytics Business Analyst & Consultant to act as a strategic, client-facing partner, translating business goals, customer needs, and performance data into clear analytics strategies, requirements, insights, and recommendations.

This role combines consulting, business analysis, and data interpretation
. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, lead discovery and requirements gathering, analyze data to identify meaningful insights, and connect business and technical teams around practical, outcome‑focused solutions.

Deep technical implementation expertise is not required, but the candidate should be comfortable working with data, familiar with digital analytics and visualization platforms, quick to learn new tools, and able to translate complex analytical and technical concepts into clear business recommendations.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, connecting analytics capabilities with business, marketing, customer experience, and digital transformation goals.

• Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements‑gathering activities to identify business needs, risks, dependencies, and opportunities.

• Analyze digital, marketing, customer journey, and performance data to identify trends, gaps, patterns, and actionable insights.

• Translate business objectives into measurement frameworks, use cases, KPIs, reporting requirements, and solution recommendations.

• Evaluate data quality, tracking issues, reporting gaps, and available evidence before making recommendations.

• Create and interpret reports, dashboards, visualizations, and client‑ready documentation that make complex information easy to understand and act on.
