STAFFXPERT is eeking an experienced Oracle Cloud GRC / Risk Management Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle ERP security, governance, risk, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud or Oracle EBS Security, Oracle Risk Management Cloud (GRC), role design, access provisioning, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and SOX compliance
.
The consultant will work closely with business, security, audit, compliance, and IT teams to design and maintain secure access controls, identify and mitigate risks, support audits, and ensure compliance with enterprise security standards.
Key Responsibilities- Design, configure, and support Oracle ERP security and access controls across Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or Oracle EBS.
- Implement and support Oracle Risk Management Cloud / GRC solutions.
- Design and maintain roles, privileges, data access, and user provisioning
. - Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis
, identify access conflicts, and recommend remediation. - Support SOX, internal audit, external audit, and compliance requirements
. - Define and maintain security controls across key ERP business processes.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand access and compliance requirements.
- Support security-related testing, UAT, deployment, and production support.
- Perform access reviews, risk assessments, control monitoring, and remediation activities.
- Develop and maintain security documentation, role matrices, SoD rules, audit evidence, and compliance reports.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams supporting P2P, O2C, and R2R business processes.
- Support security and GRC integrations across Oracle ERP and other enterprise applications.
- Assist with security design and governance during ERP implementations, upgrades, and transformation initiatives.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Security Fusion Cloud and/or Oracle EBS
. - Strong experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud / Oracle GRC
. - Experience with role design, role provisioning, user access management, and security administration
. - Strong hands-on experience performing Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and remediation
. - Good understanding of SOX controls, audit requirements, governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
. - Strong understanding of Oracle ERP business processes, including:
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Record-to-Report (R2R)
- Experience supporting enterprise security, audit, access reviews, and compliance initiatives.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
- Experience with Oracle ERP, EPM, and security integrations
. - Exposure to large-scale Oracle ERP transformations or global implementations
. - Experience with automated controls and continuous control monitoring
. - Familiarity with security across integrated enterprise applications.
- Certifications such as CISA, CPA, or Oracle certifications are preferred.
