• The Opportunity

• Handle complex medical malpractice defense matters from inception through verdict
• Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and first-chair or second-chair trials
• Work directly with senior partners who are preparing to transition long-standing client relationships
• Be mentored with the intention of growing into a leadership role
• Gradually assume responsibility for an established book of institutional clients

• What They're Looking For

• 5+ years of medical malpractice defense experience
• Meaningful trial experience (jury trial preferred)
• Strong deposition and motion practice background
• Ability to independently manage cases while collaborating strategically
• Interest in long-term growth and client development
