REQUIREMENTS
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in chemical engineering or chemistry
- Registration with the USPTO
- Minimum 2+ years of experience with patent prosecution, drafting patent applications, and due diligence.
- Direct and applicable experience in a large or mid-sized law firm.
Hybrid with some in-office expectations or remote (as appropriate)
- Some travel required
Expected hiring range for this position is $120,000 $ 225,000 per year depending on the candidates geographic market location. The compensation offered for employment will also be dependent on other factors including the candidates experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications. - Conduct background research
- Draft patent applications
