A nationally recognized plaintiff litigation practice is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a trial attorney known for complex medical malpractice, products liability, civil rights, and catastrophic injury matters. Requirements

A nationally recognized plaintiff litigation practice is seeking an experienced and highly organized Litigation Paralegal to support a trial attorney known for complex medical malpractice, products liability, civil rights, and catastrophic injury matters. This attorney is known for exceptional trial preparation, meticulous attention to detail, strong legal writing, and securing multimillion-dollar results in high-stakes cases.

This role is ideal for a proactive, resourceful paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage sophisticated litigation from intake through trial.

Responsibilities

+ Draft, edit, and proofread pleadings, discovery materials, motions, and legal correspondence.

+ Manage large volumes of medical records, documents, evidence, and exhibits with accuracy and organization.

+ Review, analyze, and summarize medical records; prepare timelines and medical chronologies.

+ Support deposition, hearing, and trial preparation, including trial binders, exhibit lists, and witness coordination.

+ Maintain litigation calendars, deadlines, and case progress tracking.

+ Communicate effectively with clients, experts, providers, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

+ Coordinate expert retention, discovery schedules, and document production.

+ Conduct factual research and assist attorneys with case development.

+ Perform occasional administrative tasks as part of a collaborative litigation support environment.

Experience:

+ 3-10+ years as a litigation paralegal, preferably in medical malpractice, catastrophic personal injury, products liability, or other complex plaintiff litigation.

+ Plaintiff-side experience strongly preferred; select defense experience may be considered if medical malpractice background is strong.

Skills & Attributes:

+ Excellent proofreading and document-production skills.

+ Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare records.

+ Highly organized, efficient, and able to manage multiple deadlines.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

+ Ability to handle sensitive client interactions with professionalism.

+ Comfortable managing large document sets and coordinating case logistics.

+ Proficiency with e-filing, case management systems, and litigation software.

+ Proactive and able to anticipate next steps without direction.
