Practice Area: Consumer Protection & Class Action Litigation

A well-established consumer law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with class action experience to join its growing litigation team.

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact cases involving consumer protection, unfair business practices, and complex class action litigation.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active bar license in good standing (any U.S. jurisdiction)
• Prior experience handling or supporting class action litigation
• Experience in consumer law matters (e.g., FDCPA, TCPA, FCRA, UDAP) strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Draft and argue motions, including motions to dismiss and class certification briefs
• Manage discovery in complex, multi-party litigation
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on novel consumer law issues
• Assist with or lead depositions and hearings
• Support settlement negotiations and mediation efforts
• Collaborate with partners and co-counsel in state and federal courts
