Seeking an up-and-coming versatile Tax Counsel or Partner with 10+ years of experience. The firm is succession planning. Tax advising related to real estate transactions is a plus.
Am Law 200 Firm
This firm is seeking a high-performing tax associate with at least five years of experience working on transactional tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions and partnership structuring, in a law firm setting. Candidates must have significant experience with federal income tax. State tax experience is a significant plus. Experience with tax-exempt organizations is also a significant plus.
Regional Firm
Seeking a 5–8 year Tax/Corporate Associate with strong law-firm experience in corporate tax matters, including entity formation, M&A, reorganizations, financings, complex tax research and planning (individual and corporate), executive compensation planning, and tax controversy.
