Personal Injury Attorney – Hybrid (Philadelphia, PA & Cherry Hill, NJ)

Salary: $100,000 – $180,000 based on experience

Bonuses: Quarterly + End-of-Year Bonus

Future Earning Potential: Opportunity to earn a percentage of fees generated

Hybrid Schedule: Philadelphia & Cherry Hill offices

No Requirement to Generate Your Own Cases

Lundy Law is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team in a hybrid capacity supporting both our Philadelphia, PA and Cherry Hill, NJ offices.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who has experience handling all aspects of personal injury litigation, enjoys managing their own caseload, and thrives working collaboratively with both litigation and pre-litigation teams.

• PA and NJ Bar Admission Required
• J.D. required
• 3–10+ years of Personal Injury experience
• Familiarity with Litify software is a plus
• Strong written, oral, and organizational skills

• Manage a personal injury litigation caseload
• Evaluate claims and develop litigation strategies
• Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and depositions
• Conduct legal research and draft briefs, opinions, and memorandums
• Litigate pre-trial motions
• Prepare for and represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and trials, including jury trials
• Maintain strong file management and compliance with deadlines

• Location: Philadelphia, PA & Cherry Hill, NJ
• Start Date: ASAP
• Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience + quarterly and year-end bonuses
