Job Description

JCN Co., Ltd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Attorney to join our team in Carbondale, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will provide legal guidance and representation to the company, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while supporting business operations and strategic initiatives.

• Provide legal advice and counsel on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Ensure company compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
• Manage and oversee litigation matters, including coordinating with outside counsel when necessary
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, reports, and risk assessments
• Advise management on legal risks and business implications of decisions
• Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to minimize legal exposure
• Represent the company in negotiations, mediations, or other proceedings as required

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania (in good standing)
• 3+ years of relevant legal experience (corporate or business law preferred)
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion

• Experience in corporate governance and contract management
• Background working with manufacturing, technology, or service-based companies
• Familiarity with compliance and risk management frameworks
