Catalent's 206,878-square-foot Philadelphia-area facility serves as the global Center of Excellence for Clinical Supply Packaging, offering GMP secondary packaging and clinical labeling services. The site provides manual to fully automated packaging solutions, including temperature-controlled options for sensitive products. The Supply Chain Project Manager will lead and support project teams in the management and successful delivery of assigned Projects/client relationships and will provide out of office cover as required. Will be the Catalent Advocate and the Client Advocate and focus on professionalism and Customer Service Excellence when working with all internal and external clients.
The Role:
- Provides overall management and leadership of the Distribution Project Coordinators focused on Under own direction for assigned projects or in support of a PM team co-ordinate projects from award stage to completion ensuring correct planning timelines are generated, monitored, and tracked to ensure successful adherence and completion
- Responsible for overall supply chain management of S&D studies. This includes but is not limited to receipts, returns and shipments
- Manage inventory reporting for client specific shipping components and monitor and track client inventory in line with distribution project requirements
- Own customer order pipeline (current orders and any backlog) including responsibility to guide S&OP teams and Distribution on upcoming orders from the customers
- Accurately Forecast S&D revenue, Supply Chain PM revenue, and supply chain to support S&OP and site forecast process
- All other duties as assigned
The Candidate:
- Requires Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma or GED and 3-4 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency using MS Office Word, Power Point, and Excel, and ability to quickly learn ERP systems/programs is required
- Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0-15 pounds
- Professional Project Management Qualification is preferred
- Knowledge and experience in cGMP and FDA regulations is preferred.
