Account Installer

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a New Account Installer to ensure that new customers are highly satisfied with our products and services. The Installer will interact with customers and Cintas departments to coordinate the initial delivery of products, install and repair bulk product dispensers using hand and power tools, ensure uniforms, floor mats and other items are left in agreed locations, set an excellent service tone, drive the company‑owned vehicle, and lift, walk, and deliver products.

• Interact with customers and other Cintas departments to coordinate initial delivery of products
• Install and repair bulk product dispensers using hand and power tools
• Ensure uniforms, floor mats and other items left in the agreed location
• Set tone of excellent service for all customer relationships
• Drive company‑owned van or truck to and from customer locations
• Lifting, walking and delivering new products in the customer’s business

• High School Diploma or GED

• Must meet all DOT requirements for driving regulated vehicle weighing >10,000 lbs
• Mandatory DOT obligations must be completed prior to first day: must have an active driver’s license, must be at least 21 years of age, must obtain DOT medical certification, must provide documentation of previous employment

• Customer service experience, preferably in industrial or service industry
• Route sales experience
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Plumbing experience
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer accepted
