Join our first-class team to reinvent in-flight experience. In the role of Supervisor, Logistics you'll play a pivotal part on our logistics team. The Stockroom Supervisor supervises a team of stockroom clerks to ensure effective utilization of resources to support the business operation. This job reports to the Logistics Manager.

The expected salary range for this position is between USD $70,310 - $91,870. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.

Qualifications:

Education:

Associate's degree or equivalent experience (+2 years)

Knowledge:
Strong understanding of warehouse and/or stockroom procedures, standards and knowledge of Quality Control Standards and systems. Previous forklift experience and certification is preferred, forklift certification required within first 30 days of employment.

Experience:

7 or more years of experience in manufacturing environment, plus 2 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment

Computer Skill:
Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, email, ERP system.

Other

Skills:

Well organized, planning and time management skills, quality oriented, problem solving. Ability to lead teams, conduct meetings, give direction/delegate, and train/coach/mentor employees. Able to operate all material handling equipment in all site stock locations.
